Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Project Manager II, Continuous Improvement to join the OpEx team. You will rotate across Process & Lean, Performance & CI, and Standards & Sustainment, driving process improvements that increase efficiency and scalability.

You will work with leadership and cross-functional teams to diagnose, measure, and standardize improvements across programs. The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, SOP development, and sustaining gains through governance, training, and playbooks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, Operations, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Process Improvement, Operational Excellence, PMO, or related disciplines.
• Hands-on Lean experience, Lean or Six Sigma certification or Kaizen event leadership.
• Experience quantifying benefits and distinguishing hard cost, cost avoidance, and capacity.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate process-mapping sessions, Kaizen bursts, and workshops with cross-functional teams.
• Document current-state and future-state workflows and finalize the future-state process.
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and dependencies that affect delivery outcomes.
• Pull and analyze operational data to establish baselines and prioritize fixes.
• Validate gains with before/after data and define measurement strategy.
