Job summary

Lennar Technology Group is seeking a Project Manager II, Continuous Improvement to partner with leadership and cross-functional teams on process improvement initiatives. You will rotate across Process & Lean, Performance & CI, and Standards & Sustainment to diagnose, measure, and standardize improvements that boost efficiency and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
• 5+ years in Continuous Improvement, Process Improvement, or Operational Excellence.
• Lean or Six Sigma certification or demonstrated Kaizen, process mapping, root-cause analysis.
• Experience with facilitation, data baselining, and SOP training.
• Experience quantifying benefits with finance validation.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate process-mapping sessions, Kaizen bursts, and workshops with cross-functional teams.
• Document current and future state workflows and finalize the future state.
• Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks impacting delivery outcomes.
• Pull and analyze data, run root-cause analysis, and prioritize fixes.
• Define measurement strategy and dashboards to support leadership decisions.
• Turn improvements into SOPs and publish in the governance library.
• Train process owners and drive adoption of new processes and tools.
• Maintain CI repository with templates, playbooks, and artifacts.
