Job summary

CBX Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multi-division customer-based projects and ensure timely, on-budget delivery. You will coordinate internal teams and external clients, maintaining clear communication and documentation throughout all project phases.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong organizational skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education/experience preferred (specific to industry standards).
• Current and valid US driver’s license.
• At least 1-3 years of experience in relevant industries (e.g., construction, Division 8, Division 10, aluminum storefront).

Responsibilities

• Define project scope and objectives with stakeholder alignment.
• Deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor progress.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs.
• Coordinate site meetings and perform routine inspections.
• Create and maintain project documentation.
• Close out project with complete documentation.
