Job summary

CBX Solutions, LLC in Minneapolis is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of customer-based projects across multiple divisions. You will coordinate with internal teams and external clients to ensure successful project completion.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of relevant industry experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage scope, schedule, and costs.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent required; industry knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope and objectives aligned with stakeholders.
• Ensure projects delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Report and escalate incidents to management as needed.
• Manage relationships with internal teams, customers, and all stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Delegate project tasks to appropriate resources.
• Ensure quality control verification and enforcement.
• Coordinate and attend site meetings per customer schedule.
• Perform routine inspections of work sites for quality, scope, standards compliance, and safety.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Complete project close-out documents and activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
