Job summary

CBX Solutions, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to oversee planning, implementation, and tracking of customer-based projects across divisions including aluminum storefront. You will coordinate internal teams and external clients to ensure timely, on-budget delivery with clear communication and proactive issue resolution.

The role requires strong organizational skills, effective relationship-building, and the ability to manage multiple projects from scope through close-out.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education/experience preferred.
• Current and valid US driver’s license.
• 1–3 years of experience in relevant industries (e.g., construction, Division 8, Division 10, aluminum storefront).

Responsibilities

• Assist in defining project scope and objectives, ensuring feasibility and stakeholder alignment.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs with verification techniques.
• Report and escalate incidents to management as needed.
• Manage relationships with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Delegate project tasks to appropriate resources.
• Ensure quality control verification and enforcement.
• Coordinate and attend site meetings per customer schedule and requirements.
• Perform routine site inspections for quality, scope, standards and safety.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Complete project close-out documents and activities.
