Job summary

CBX Solutions in the United States seeks a Project Manager to oversee planning, implementation, and tracking of customer-based projects across divisions, coordinating with internal teams and clients to ensure successful completion.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with responsibilities covering scope, schedule, budget, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; 1–3 years relevant experience.
• Current and valid US driver’s license.
• Experience in construction or Division 8/10/aluminum storefronts.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope and objectives with stakeholder alignment.
• Ensure on-time, within-scope, and budget delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor progress.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, and costs with verification techniques.
• Report and escalate incidents to management as needed.
• Maintain relationships with internal teams, customers, and stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Delegate tasks to appropriate resources.
• Ensure quality control verification and enforcement.
• Coordinate and attend site meetings per customer schedule.
• Perform routine site inspections for quality and safety.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Complete project close-out documents and activities.
• Other duties as assigned.
