11400Inc. in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Project Manager with experience in commercial construction to join our North Carolina operations team. This role offers office-based work in Charlotte or remote work within the NC territory, with preference for candidates in SC and GA to expand coverage.

The Project Manager will oversee commercial kitchen projects from submittals through procurement, installation, and closeout, traveling regularly to sites and coordinating with contractors and vendors.

Responsabilités

• Organize and review construction documents, submittals, shop drawings and correspondence.
• Track schedules, procurement requirements, change orders, RFIs, ASIs and related docs.
• Identify coordination issues early to prevent fabrication or delivery delays.
• Visit project sites and attend construction meetings as needed.
• Oversee procurement, fabrication, and delivery schedules for equipment.
• Coordinate installation with general contractors and trades.
• Assist with field coordination, readiness, punch lists, and closeout.
• Own assigned projects and communicate issues/risks to stakeholders.
• Look for opportunities to improve efficiency and accuracy throughout the lifecycle.

11400Inc. is seeking a Project Manager with experience in commercial construction to join our North Carolina operations team. We are construction professionals specializing in commercial foodservice equipment and installation projects.

This position may be office-based in the Charlotte, NC area or remote within our NC office territory. For remote candidates, South Carolina and Georgia are preferred locations, with the greater Atlanta area being of particular interest as we continue to support and expand our project coverage throughout the Southeast. Remote candidates must reside within reasonable travel distance of their assigned project territory.

Project Managers are responsible for managing, controlling, tracking, and coordinating all aspects of commercial kitchen projects from submittals through procurement, installation, and project closeout.

Our Project Managers oversee multiple active projects simultaneously throughout our territory, including North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Tennessee, and Georgia. Regular project site travel is an important part of the position.

Responsibilities

Physical Requirements

• Work is performed while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer.
• Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
• Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
• Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
• Requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.
  
  

Remote Work Qualifications

• Access to a reliable and secure high-speed internet connection. Cable or fiber internet connections (at least 75mbps download/10mbps upload) are preferred, as satellite connections often cannot support the technologies used to perform day-to-day tasks.
• Access to a home router and modem.
• A dedicated home office space that is noise- and distraction-free. The space should have strong wireless connection or a wired Ethernet connection (wired connection is preferred, if possible).
• A valid, physical address (apartment, suite, etc.). PO Boxes are not supported, as a physical address is required for you to receive your computer equipment.
• The desire and ability to work and communicate with other team members via chat, webcam, etc.
• Legal residents of one of the following states: (CT, DE, FL, GA, MD, NC, PA, SC, VA, or WV). H-1B Visa Sponsorship Not Available, W2 only.

• Possesses strong problem solving skills and natural mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills.

Desired Traits & Skills

• Prior experience in commercial construction, architecture, engineering, or design is preferred.
• Experience with commercial foodservice equipment is not required.
