Job summary

Architectural Fabrication, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager in Fort Worth, TX. You will organize and coordinate projects, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence while maintaining strong client and internal team communication.

We value leadership, reliability, and a proactive approach. This role interfaces with preconstruction, accounting, and operations to drive successful outcomes in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Five-plus years of construction or manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings including plan sets and isometrics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Salesforce and Milestones PM+ software.
• Experience in commercial new build is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and schedule project activities and milestones to meet objectives.
• Document project details and communicate to the team via Salesforce.
• Develop and manage budgets and monitor progress for timely completion.
• Serve as the primary contact for project information and resolve issues.
• Attend jobsite, turnover, and weekly production meetings for visibility.
• Coordinate subcontracted services to meet timelines.
• Review and manage the execution of change orders.
• Work with preconstruction teams to understand scope, specs, and schedules.
• Coordinate with accounting to ensure accurate, on-time billing.
• Promote and maintain safety awareness and behavior.
