Job summary

Architectural Fabrication, Inc. is seeking a Superintendent in Fort Worth, TX to lead installation crews and oversee field operations. You will inspect sites, verify measurements, manage timesheets and expenses, and ensure safe, high-quality installation practices.

You will train crews, coordinate with project managers, and maintain equipment, vehicles, and safety protocols while communicating with clients to schedule and complete work on time.

Qualifications

• Experience with Google platforms, Microsoft Office, and other business software.
• Able to perform mathematical calculations quickly and accurately.
• Related construction, installation, and management experience.
• Proven ability to lead under high-pressure situations.

Responsibilities

• Lead 3-4 installation crews, totaling about 9-12 installers.
• Visit jobsites for site conditions and field measurements.
• Review and approve timesheets and expense reports for direct reports.
• Conduct weekly field evaluations and performance reviews.
• Coordinate training on Salesforce, AF Academy, and Google platforms.
• Ensure PPE, tools, and equipment are available for crews.
• Manage fleet vehicles, trailers, and safety checks.
• Attend scheduling meetings and assist in crew planning.
• Communicate with clients onsite on measurements and dates.
• Report progress to Project Managers and prepare lead installers.
