Job summary

This role supports from preparation to job completion, ensuring products meet high standards of quality and detail. Responsibilities include reading blueprints, setting up and operating welding equipment, using power tools, labeling and staging items, and collaborating with team members to maintain smooth production flow.

Qualifications

• Professional Certification and OSHA 30 Certification required.
• Ability to pass a welding certification and operate a forklift.
• High school diploma or equivalent; physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and layouts.
• Set up, operate, and maintain welding equipment.
• Identify and correct design issues affecting quality or strength.
• Safely operate tools and equipment such as grinders and saws.
• Label, stage, and hand off items to appropriate departments.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth production flow.
