Job summary

Jobot is seeking an Assistant Superintendent / Superintendent for our Tampa Bay area projects. Based in the southeast with the Tampa office, you will oversee ground-up multi-family, healthcare and office construction from preconstruction through commissioning.

The role requires 3+ years in construction management and a BS in CM or Civil Engineering. Local work only, competitive base salary, bonus, profit sharing, and a strong benefits package.

Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year
