Job summary

Logan Ridge is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee multiple commercial projects from preconstruction through closeout. You will coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and owners to deliver healthcare, higher education, life sciences, institutional, and commercial projects with a focus on safety and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in CM or a related field, 5+ years of commercial GC experience, and strong scheduling, budgeting,

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
  • Experience with healthcare, higher education, laboratory, institutional, commercial, or interior fit-out projects preferred.
  • Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and contract administration.
  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or Primavera P6 is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously.
  • Lead projects through preconstruction, procurement, construction, and closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, engineers, and owners.
  • Review drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
  • Monitor project financial performance and prepare monthly cost reports.
  • Ensure compliance with contract documents, quality standards, and safety requirements.
  • Conduct owner meetings and provide regular project updates.
  • Mentor Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers.
  • Identify project risks and implement proactive solutions.

  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or Primavera P6 is preferred.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
