Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead healthcare construction projects in Nashville, overseeing scope, schedule, and cost management from conception to completion.

You will collaborate with engineers and architects, negotiate with vendors, and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with engineers, architects, etc. to determine the specifications of the project.
• Negotiating contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
• Obtaining permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.
• Determining needed resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations.
• Planning all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met.
• Acquiring equipment and material and monitor stocks to timely handle inadequacies.
• Hiring contractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities.
• Supervising the work of laborers, mechanics, etc. and give them guidance when needed.
• Evaluating progress and prepare detailed reports.
• Ensuring adherence to all health and safety standards and report issues.
