Allegiance Group seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead site development and civil construction initiatives. You will own projects from preconstruction through closeout, guiding budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and safety performance.

The role emphasizes coordination with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams to deliver complex, high-quality infrastructure projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in site development or civil construction.
• Proven experience managing projects with significant contract values.
• Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, contracts and cost control.
• Experience managing subcontractors, vendors and field operations.
• Strong knowledge of underground utilities, earthwork and site development.
• Excellent communication, leadership and client management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
• Experience with Procore, HCSS, Bluebeam, Primavera P6 or similar platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

Job Title: Project Manager - Site Development

A well established civil construction contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its growing operations team. This is an opportunity to take ownership of complex site development projects while working closely with senior leadership, field operations and clients to deliver projects safely, efficiently and profitably.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from preconstruction through final completion and closeout
• Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement and cost control
• Oversee day to day project operations alongside Superintendents, Project Engineers and field teams
