Adventist Health is seeking an experienced project manager to oversee design and delivery of capital projects across multiple sites in California.
You will develop scope, schedule and budget, coordinate with hospital leadership, ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations, and monitor KPI-driven performance to support strategic initiatives.
The role requires collaboration with IAM staff, strong communication, and a track record in healthcare construction or project management.

Manages the design and project delivery performance for multiple routine capital projects as assigned within one or more sites. Interfaces with hospital personnel and local leadership to develop and administer construction projects in accordance with local, state and federal regulations and organization guidelines. Develops scope, schedule and budget for potential projects, executes against scope, schedule and budget commitments on approved projects, benchmarks project performance to industry best practices, adherence to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Supports strategic capital projects, as needed.
