Join us as a Project Manager (Construction) at House Buyers of America, Inc.

House Buyers of America is seeking a Field Manager responsible for managing home renovation projects. This remote role involves overseeing 3-6 projects per month, including bidding, permitting, and ensuring timely completion. The candidate must reside in Virginia and be willing to travel to various job sites across the Virginia Beach/Hampton Roads area.

Responsibilities

1. Manage and complete 3-6 projects monthly within the set timeline.
2. Recruit and manage contracts with contractors and subcontractors.
3. Aim to complete projects under budget and optimize costs and processes.
4. Manage project timelines and respond to inspections.
5. Deliver equipment to sites as needed.
6. Conduct final inspections and document property conditions with photos.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in real estate, home building, renovations, or insurance restoration.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
