The role covers both ground-up work and renovations, with project values typically ranging from several million to tens of millions. You will manage schedules, budgets, and coordination across teams to ensure delivery.

Must have experience as a Project Manager at a GC, with multifamily or commercial construction and ground-up projects. Procore experience is a plus.
