Green Key Resources is partnered with an established General Contractor in Atlanta, seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager for a 2-year Mission Critical project. Local, long-term opportunity with strong pipeline.

You will lead a ground-up project from preconstruction through closeout, manage budgets, schedules and subcontractors, and coordinate with field teams, clients and design partners. 5+ years PM experience with a GC and data-center experience is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience employed directly by a full-service General Contractor.
• Ground-up commercial construction experience required.
• Mission Critical/Data Center experience strongly preferred.
