Job summary

Inter-Co Division 10 is hiring a Project Manager for our Dallas, Texas location. You will collaborate with sales and estimating teams to deliver commercial washroom and locker room projects, coordinate shop drawings, site measures and shipping, and manage subcontract installers on site.

The role requires an undergraduate degree, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple files and issues efficiently in a team‑oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree completed.
• Knowledge of the construction industry would be an asset.
• A valid state driver’s license with access to a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate supply and installation of commercial washroom and locker room projects with sales/estimating teams.
• Process shop drawings, coordinate site measures, attend site meetings, order products and arrange shipping.
• Manage third‑party subcontract installers on job sites.
• Review and price change orders; actively pursue profitable change orders.
• Resolve project issues including delays, site conditions, and installation challenges.
