Job summary

Inter-Co Division 10 Inc. is hiring a Junior Project Manager for our Katy, TX office.

You will collaborate with sales, estimating, and subcontract installers to manage the complete lifecycle of washroom and locker room projects, from shop drawings to delivery and site installation. You will help coordinate site measures, attend meetings, review change orders for profitability, and support warehouse and inventory management.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate education completed.
• Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus.
• Valid state driver’s license with access to a personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with sales and estimating teams to deliver supply and installation of washroom and locker projects.
• Process shop drawings, site measurements, attend site meetings, order products and arrange shipping.
• Manage third-party subs on job sites and review/change orders for profitability.
• Resolve project issues, delays, and site conditions while communicating with customers.
• Collaborate with manufacturers on orders and material deliveries and assist with warehouse activities.
