Inter-Co Division 10 in Katy, Texas is seeking a Project Manager to lead the supply and installation of commercial washroom and locker projects. You will work with sales and estimating to complete shop drawings, coordinate site measures, attend site meetings, order products and arrange shipping.

Responsibilities include managing third-party installers, reviewing change orders, resolving on-site issues and ensuring customer satisfaction while collaborating with suppliers and other project

Qualifications

• Undergraduate education completed.
• Knowledge of the construction industry is a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead supply and installation of washroom and locker projects with sales/estimating.
• Process shop drawings, coordinate site measures, attend site meetings, order products and arrange shipping.
• Manage subcontract installers on job sites and handle change orders.
• Resolve delays and on-site challenges while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with suppliers and other project managers to complete projects.
