Location: Houston - The Woodlands Area

• 8-10 years of low slope roofing experience (TPO, EPDM, MOD BIT)
• 5-8 years of tear-off and replacement experience (BUR with Aggregate, Ballasted Systems, Drainage/Flow Control, Positive Drainage)
• 5-8 years of tapered system layouts, engineered fastening, metal, and specialty detail requirements
• 3-5 years minimum steep slope applications (Shingle, Tile, Metal)
• 3-5 years minimum of logistical control across multiple jobsites or buildings
• Strong sense of self, urgency, quality, and service — highly relational
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Good written and verbal skills (Bilingual)
• Willingness to start from the beginning of this region’s development and grow

Project Manager Role: The Project Manager works with the Account Manager and Senior Project Manager, handling estimating, jobsite management, accounts receivable, and customer service. This role is vital in coordinating and overseeing roofing installations, ensuring Reliable Roofing’s high standards are met at every step. The Project Manager fosters a team environment with account managers, employees, and customers, utilizing interpersonal, communication, organization skills, poise, assertiveness, and confidence to promote growth.

Responsibilities include:

• Organize project start-up: preconstruction meetings, scheduling, material delivery coordination, ensuring correct material orders and payroll, cost analysis, budget management, licensing and permitting
• Manage the project: ensure customer satisfaction, handle damage claims, onsite complaints, confirm sub payroll requests, report leak issues, manage materials, process charge backs, ensure installation meets manufacturer specifications, inventory control, change orders, supervise crews, roof inspections, quality control, and prompt invoicing
• Maintain safety standards: assist in crew training, stay updated on OSHA standards, oversee a safe work environment
• Complete projects: cleanup, removal of equipment and materials, punch-out, owner inspections, resolve claims/issues, prepare crews for subsequent projects, communicate charge backs
