Now, we’re looking for a Regional Sales Manager to represent the Northeast U.S. territory—a dynamic region rich with opportunity in the medical device, pharmaceutical, and biotech industries.

What You’ll Do

Drive Sales Growth & Expand Market Presence

  • Build and grow relationships with both new and existing customers in your region.
  • Partner with global account teams to deliver local service that aligns with broader strategies.
  • Close complex, multi-year projects by navigating through multiple stakeholders.
  • Turn leads into loyal customers—quick follow-up is key.
  • Leverage CRM tools to manage pipelines, forecast accurately, and deliver insights.
  • Act as the face of Oliver at industry events, technical seminars, and regional association meetings.

Strategically Manage and Retain Accounts

  • Conduct regular business reviews with top accounts and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Understand your customers’ businesses—market position, financials, and buying cycles.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and a world-class customer experience.
  • Translate customer needs into actionable insights for our production and engineering teams.

What You Bring

A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, Engineering, or a related field

At least 2 years of proven success in medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotech sales

A talent for building and nurturing customer relationships

Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills

Comfortable working in CRM platforms and crafting tailored, data-driven pitches

Bonus Points If You Have:

2+ years of experience selling into medical device markets

A track record of managing key accounts and selling new solutions in a team environment

Mastery of sales negotiation techniques

Travel & Work Requirements

  • Must reside within the Northeast U.S. region
