Job summary

Jobot is seeking Strong PMs for a large nationwide commercial roofing contractor. You will manage projects from award to closeout, control budgets and schedules, supervise subcontracts and materials, and work closely with field leadership to ensure client satisfaction and safety.

Ideal candidates thrive in autonomous, fast-paced environments and have experience with TPO, PVC, Modified, BUR, Coatings, or Metal roofing systems.

Qualifications

• PM will manage commercial roofing projects from award to closeout.
• Strong budgeting and cost-tracking abilities are required.
• Effective communication with clients and field teams is essential.
