Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial and select residential roofing projects across the Bay Area, including Emeryville, ensuring quality, safety, and profitability.

You will oversee pre-construction through closeout, coordinate with estimators and field crews, manage schedules and budgets, and cultivate client relationships to grow recurring business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing commercial and/or residential roofing projects.
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems listed in the posting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Experience with project financials and construction documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple roofing projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, submittals, change orders, and client communications.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with field crews to ensure safety and quality standards.
• Partner with estimating and operations teams to develop accurate scopes of work and proposals.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers to generate repeat business.
• Support business development and sales efforts through occasional client visits and proposal presentations.
