Job summary

Engtal is looking for a Project Manager to join its Cincinnati team, focusing on commercial renovations, tenant improvements, and interiors in Greater Cincinnati. You will lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, coordinating budgets, schedules, and subcontractors while maintaining strong client and architect relationships.

You'll work with a lean, entrepreneurial team, have direct access to leadership, and grow with the company as it executes its five-year growth plan.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial construction experience, ideally with a General Contractor.
• Strong understanding of project management fundamentals including cost, schedule, documentation, and subcontractor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, procurement, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Collaborate with Superintendents and field teams to keep projects moving.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, architects, subcontractors, and leadership.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Contribute to high level of service for repeat clients.
• Take on increasing responsibility as the company grows.
