Job summary

Engtal is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own high-value developments from concept through turnover. You will lead complex, ground-up projects in a collaborative, entrepreneur-friendly environment and directly influence outcomes with ownership.

You will oversee schedules, budgets, and subcontractors on multifamily, mixed-use, and commercial builds valued at $10M+. Expect fast-paced delivery and a focus on quality, safety, and on-time completion.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience with ground-up multifamily, mixed-use, or commercial projects.
• Expertise managing $10M+ projects, budgets, schedules, and teams.
• Strong knowledge of construction documents, systems, means and methods.
• Procore and MS Project proficiency; OSHA compliance focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead ground-up projects from groundbreaking through CO to ownership handoff.
• Coordinate with ownership, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using Procore and MS Project.
• Manage budgets, forecast costs, and review invoices; negotiate change orders.
• Solicit bids and oversee subcontractor performance; ensure safety and quality.
