Job summary

Engtal is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead ground-up and complex renovation projects in industrial, manufacturing, and commercial sectors. You will own budgets, schedules, contracts, and coordination with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, while mentoring junior staff.

The role emphasizes leadership, client-facing interactions, and a track record of delivering technically challenging projects with a strong pipeline and internal advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Ground-up industrial, manufacturing, distribution, automotive, aviation, or commercial experience.
• Strong understanding of project financials, scheduling, contracts, and subcontractor management.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from preconstruction and buyout through closeout.
• Own budgets, schedules, forecasting, contracts, procurement, and change management.
• Lead subcontractor buyout and project coordination.
• Partner with Superintendents to drive schedule, quality, safety, and field execution.
• Lead communication with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Build strong client relationships and mentor junior project staff.
