You will oversee multiple project teams, manage key client relationships, and supervise project execution from preconstruction through delivery.

The role offers direct access to senior leadership and a chance to shape regional strategy across industrial, manufacturing, and commercial projects worth over $150M+.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial or industrial construction experience.
• Senior Project Manager or Project Executive or similar leadership background.
• Proven experience overseeing large, complex projects and teams.
• Strong client relationships and operational leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor & develop Project Managers and operations teams.
• Maintain senior-level client relationships and support repeat business.
• Partner with preconstruction and specialty-trade teams.
• Oversee project financials, scheduling, risk & execution.
• Help drive regional growth, staffing & long-term business strategy.
