Jobot, a major commercial/public construction company, is seeking a seasoned Project Manager in Kansas City, MO. Lead all phases of construction from preconstruction through closeout, manage budgets and schedules, and serve as primary client liaison for high-quality delivery.

Ideal candidates have 2–5+ years in commercial/public construction, hands-on CMAR/Design-Build experience, and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial/public construction.
• Experience in education, healthcare, municipal, or corporate sectors.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and project controls.
• Experience with Design-Build, CMAR, or General Contracting.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders (owners, architects, subcontractors).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
