Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial and/or public construction.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and multiple stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with delivery methods such as Design-Build, CMAR, or General Contracting.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of construction projects, from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and overall project performance.
• Serve as primary client contact to ensure a high‑quality experience.
• Oversee procurement, contract administration, and risk management.
• Collaborate with internal teams, designers, and field staff for seamless execution.
