Job description

This position will report to H. B. McClure Company, LLC, a subsidiary of HB Global. We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial HVAC, plumbing, retrofit, and design‑build projects from kickoff through closeout. The role involves full lifecycle ownership—including schedule, budget, field coordination, customer communication, and financial performance—working side‑by‑side with foremen, field teams, and customers to deliver high‑quality work safely and profitably.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple commercial mechanical construction projects from award through completion
• Build and manage schedules, budgets, and execution plans
• Coordinate field labor, subcontractors, and materials
• Track costs, billings, forecasts, and change orders to protect margins
• Review drawings and contracts to manage scope and risk
• Conduct jobsite visits to monitor progress, quality, and productivity
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal teams
• Identify and solve problems quickly to keep projects moving timely and efficiently

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of commercial HVAC/plumbing construction project management experience
• Knowledge of construction scheduling, documentation, cost controls, and financial tracking
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget goals
• Demonstrated leadership experience directing field teams and subcontractors and driving accountability for project results
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills to effectively collaborate with field teams, engineers, general contractors, and customers
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Bluebeam, Navisworks, or other construction management software preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required (technical or trade education preferred)
• Valid PA driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Compensation

Base compensation starting at $75,000 annually, with final pay determined based on qualifications and experience.
