HB McClure Company in Harrisburg seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial HVAC and plumbing projects on new construction, retrofits, renovations and design-build work. You will own projects from award through closeout, managing schedules, budgets, field coordination and relationships to deliver quality work safely and profitably.

This onsite role offers a starting compensation of $95K+ and ESOP ownership with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of commercial HVAC/plumbing construction project management experience.
• Strong understanding of commercial mechanical construction practices, project sequencing and field operations.
• Demonstrated experience managing project budgets, job costs, labor productivity and financial forecasting.
• Experience independently managing multiple projects while maintaining schedules, budgets and quality expectations.
• Proven ability to lead through others, delegate effectively and maintain accountability for project results.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage multiple commercial mechanical construction projects from award through closeout.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, manpower requirements and execution plans.
• Coordinate labor, subcontractors and materials with foremen and field leadership.
• Monitor and forecast project financial performance including labor productivity and profitability.
• Review drawings, contracts and project documentation to manage scope and changes.
