Jobot is seeking a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager to oversee landscape construction projects from inception to completion. This role offers a company car, cell phone, and a great culture, with opportunities to grow within a commercial construction focus.

Responsibilities include planning, tracking, quality control, profit/loss oversight, leading teams, and reporting to the president. A minimum of five years in a senior construction role and a Bachelor’s degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of commercial construction processes, with emphasis on landscape construction.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrated experience in financial planning and strategy, managing profitability, quality control, and operations management.
• Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to develop and guide teams to achieve their best.
• Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
• Proficient in construction software programs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions based on a variety of factors.
• Strong commitment to ethical business conduct and compliance with all industry regulations.
