Jobot is seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial interior construction projects from planning through closeout in the DC metro area. You will coordinate with clients, design teams, and subcontractors to manage budgets, schedules, quality, and delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction project-management experience with a general contractor
• Experience delivering interior renovations, tenant improvements, and commercial build-outs
• Experience from preconstruction through turnover and closeout
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, quality, and project delivery
• Strong written communication and negotiation skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee commercial construction projects from planning through closeout
• Coordinate with clients, design teams, superintendents, and subs
• Develop budgets, track costs, forecast finances, and manage change orders
• Prepare and manage schedules, procure long-lead materials, and coordinate sequencing
• Review drawings, specs, contracts, and project documentation
• Manage RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, progress reports, and closeout documents
• Communicate with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners
• Visit project sites across the DC metropolitan area
