Job summary

Inter-Co Division 10 Inc. in Austin, TX is hiring a Junior Project Manager to coordinate the supply and installation of commercial washroom and locker room projects.

You will collaborate with sales and estimating teams, process shop drawings, coordinate site measures and meetings, and arrange product shipping. You will also manage subcontract installers on job sites, review change orders for profitability, and work with manufacturers on orders and deliveries while supporting warehouse operations

Qualifications

• Undergraduate education completed.
• Interest in construction industry and eagerness to learn.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple files and collaborate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate supply and installation of commercial washroom and locker room projects with sales & estimating teams.
• Process and complete shop drawings, coordinate site measures, attend site meetings, order products and arrange shipping.
• Manage third-party subcontract installers on job sites.
• Review/change orders and pursue profitability.
• Resolve project issues including delays and site conditions.
• Collaborate with manufacturers/suppliers on orders and deliveries.
• Work with project managers, warehouse staff, and drivers to complete projects.
• Assist with warehouse management and monthly inventory.
