Responsibilities include managing budgets, forecasts, change orders, procurement, RFIs, submittals, and coordination with field teams.

Qualifications

• Construction project-management experience in commercial, industrial, civil, concrete, or related construction.
• Strong understanding of job costing, forecasting, scheduling, change management, procurement, and billing.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, contracts, and project documents.
• Experience coordinating field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and customers.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• OSHA credential or willingness to obtain one.

• Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related education preferred but not required with appropriate experience.
• OSHA credential or willingness to obtain one.
  

Project Environment

Projects are primarily commercial and industrial and typically average approximately $750K, with some projects reaching $3M+.

Most work is within approximately one hour of Rocky Mount, NC, with occasional travel based on project or customer needs.
