C&C Industrial in Rocky Mount, NC seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial and industrial construction projects from turnover through completion. This role focuses on project financial performance, schedule, change management, procurement, billing, documentation, and customer communications with field operations.

Responsibilities include managing budgets, forecasts, change orders, procurement, RFIs, submittals, and coordination with field teams.

Formación

• Construction project-management experience in commercial, industrial, civil, concrete, or related construction.
• Strong understanding of job costing, forecasting, scheduling, change management, procurement, and billing.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, contracts, and project documents.
• Experience coordinating field teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and customers.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• OSHA credential or willingness to obtain one.

Responsabilidades

• Manage assigned projects from turnover through completion and closeout.
• Maintain project budgets, job costs, cost-to-complete forecasts, and financial performance.
• Manage project schedules and coordinate closely with field leadership.
• Identify, price, document, and track change orders.
• Manage procurement, subcontractors, purchase orders, and material deliveries.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, project documentation, and contract requirements.
• Prepare and monitor monthly pay applications and billing.
• Serve as a primary customer contact throughout the project.
• Coordinate project closeout, final billing, documentation, and cost reconciliation.
• Identify project risks early and drive timely resolution.
