Action Air Systems is seeking an organized, motivated Project Manager to oversee commercial and industrial HVAC construction projects from turnover through closeout. This role coordinates people, schedules, budgets, and resources to deliver quality projects on time and within budget.

The PM will manage scopes, costs, procurement, RFIs, and closeout while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring safety compliance across sites.

Qualifications

• At least two years of related project management or construction experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC/R systems and terminology.
• Strong communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of estimating, scheduling, job costs, and project financials.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with MS Project, Procore, Sage, or similar software.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites.
