As Project Manager, you will:
- Lead and guide a team to the successful completion of one or more commercial construction projects.
- Deliver the highest quality product, on schedule and within budget.
- Take a proactive and collaborative approach to building productive and enduring relationships with the entire project team, both internal and external.
- Build positive relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors through collaboration and proactive communication.
- Conduct project administration, cost control, schedule performance, and quality assurance to evaluate progress throughout all phases of the project.
- Handle and resolve unexpected challenges with a resourceful, problem-solving mindset and professionalism.
- Leverage technology systems to enhance client experience, communication, and efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to our Safety for Life culture by prioritizing safety, and communicating the company's safety mission, vision, and values to coworkers and trade partners.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
- 8 to 10+ years of experience in commercial construction as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or Office Engineer, with at least 4 years on projects $2 million and larger.
- Solid technical knowledge of building construction methods, systems, and trades; familiarity with current resources.
- Ability to read and interpret building plans, contracts, and specifications.
- Strong communication skills, including active listening, respectful feedback, and collaborative problem-solving.
- Ability to build productive relationships with project teams, design teams, and clients.
- Proven leadership skills to motivate and align teams with company values.
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and resilience under project constraints and deadlines.
- Flexibility, reliability, and integrity in independent and collaborative work.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Project, and familiarity with industry tools like Procore, On-Screen Take-Off, and Quick Bid Estimating Systems.
