The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while managing teams and resources effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes during all phases of construction.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders and leadership.
• Manage project budgets and forecasts, tracking expenses and ensuring financial accountability.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
