Vice President of Sales at Mountain Lake Lodge

Mountain Lake Lodge is growing and seeking a professional, experienced HOTEL/RESORT Sales Manager. Located on 2600 acres in SW Virginia, near Virginia Tech, this historic, rustic boutique resort is looking for a candidate to work closely with our VP of Sales on conference and room contracts across all market segments except social/wedding business. Only candidates with hotel/resort sales management experience will be considered, with preferred catering experience.

Qualifications

1. Proven experience in sales management and business development
2. Strong negotiation and account management skills
3. Leadership abilities in a sales environment
4. Proficiency in B2B and outside sales strategies
5. Familiarity with Salesforce and technology sales
6. Excellent analytical skills to drive sales performance
7. Commitment to customer service and relationship building
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a high-energy team
9. History of exceeding goals and proactively meeting targets
