Job summary

Jobot, a top California GC, is seeking a Project Manager in Rancho Cordova to oversee projects from pre-construction through closeout. You will manage schedules, budgets, and resources to deliver on time and within budget while coordinating with clients, architects, engineers and subcontractors.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in commercial construction, strong drawing interpretation skills, and proficiency with ProCore, Adobe, BlueBeam and JD Edwards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in commercial construction.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Mastery of reading construction drawings and interpreting plans.

Job Details

• Oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction through closeout

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in commercial construction
• Previous experience in a project management role with the ability to execute multiple projects and/or simultaneously
• Ability to master sector/project-specific software systems including but not limited to: Microsoft Office suite (ex. Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.), ProCore, Adobe, BlueBeam, JD Edwards
• Mastery of reading construction drawings; tasks including reading, interpreting, and updating construction project-related drawings
• Ability to organize necessary resources, including people, tools and time to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired results
