Jobot is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join its Northern California operations. Lead diverse commercial projects from award to closeout, coordinating with owners, architects, and field teams to deliver quality results.

• Experience overseeing projects ranging from several million dollars to larger, complex commercial developments.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, budgeting, cost control, contracts, and project administration.
• Ability to lead multiple stakeholders and drive project success from start to finish.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and contract documents.
• Identify and proactively resolve project risks and challenges.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships that contribute to repeat business opportunities.
