Job summary

MCL Construction is seeking a Construction Project Manager in the Omaha area to own commercial projects from kickoff through closeout, ensuring budget, schedule, and quality expectations are met. You will work with superintendents, owners, architects, and internal teams to keep everyone aligned and informed.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years in commercial construction with 3+ years in a PM role, strong budgets and contracts skills, and proficiency in PM software and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Architectural preferred).
• 8+ years of commercial construction experience, with 3+ years in a Project Manager role.
• Strong command of budgets, contracts, and project controls.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.

Construction Project Manager

Your Day-to-Day

Lead Projects End-to-End

• Take full ownership of commercial projects from kickoff through closeout.

The Right Fit

You’re a Strong Fit If You

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Architectural preferred).
• 8+ years of commercial construction experience, with 3+ years in a Project Manager role. Experience managing large-scale commercial construction projects a strong plus.
• Strong command of budgets, contracts, and project controls.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with GMP and CMAR delivery methods is a strong plus.
• You lead with accountability — you own outcomes, not just tasks.
• Detail-oriented and disciplined; cost and schedule are never an afterthought.
• A collaborative leader who builds trust across teams quickly and committed to safety and quality.
