Build Partners USA LLC in Houston, TX is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead ground-up commercial projects valued from $1M to $20M across Texas. The role requires strong leadership and hands-on coordination with design teams, subs, and clients.

You will own full-cycle delivery from preconstruction through closeout, manage budgets and schedules, and drive successful project outcomes while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years PM experience with a commercial GC
• Experience delivering ground-up projects $1M-$20M
• Tenant-improvement experience a bonus
• Strong preconstruction, estimating, buyout, scheduling, cost control
• Experience managing subcontractors, procurement, RFIs, submittals, change orders
• Manage multiple projects with client and subs
• Procore and MS Office proficient; Bluebeam desired

Location: Houston, TX

Compensation: $120k - $130k Base + Package

A respected Houston-based General Contractor is hiring a Project Manager to deliver ground-up commercial projects $1M-$20M across Texas. Known for precision, efficiency, and integrity, this firm offers a stable pipeline and long-term growth.

Your Role

• Own full-cycle project delivery from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage budgets, schedules, contracts, and subcontractor performance
• Lead coordination with Superintendents, design teams, and trade partners
• Serve as the primary client contact with consistent progress updates
• Drive planning, procurement, and successful project closeout
• Oversee multiple commercial projects

What You'll Bring

• 5+ years' project management experience with a commercial general contractor experience.
• Proven experience delivering ground-up commercial projects valued from $1M-$20M.
• Retail, restaurant, office or medical construction experience, with tenant-improvement experience considered a bonus.
• Strong understanding of preconstruction, estimating, buyout, scheduling, cost control, forecasting and project closeout.
• Experience managing subcontractors, contracts, procurement, RFIs, submittals, change orders and project documentation.
• Able to manage multiple projects while maintaining strong relationships with clients, design teams and subcontractors.
• Proficiency with Procore and Microsoft Office, with Bluebeam and scheduling-software experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, organization and problem-solving skills.
• Based within commuting distance of Houston.
