Jobot in Southeast Florida is seeking PMs who love both numbers and the build, offering full autonomy and full impact. You will prepare estimates, bids, and proposals, manage projects from preconstruction through closeout, oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and procurement, and lead jobsite coordination.

Projects range from 250k to 30M, and you will maintain client communication, progress reporting, and change orders, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery with high quality.

Job Details

• Prepare estimates, bids, and proposals for commercial construction projects
• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and procurement
• Lead jobsite coordination with Supers and field teams
• Maintain client communication, progress reporting, and change order management
• Ensure projects stay on time, on budget, and aligned with quality expectations
• Handle cost tracking, contract administration, and project documentation
• Project sizes 250k-30M
