Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial projects across the Gulf Coast from inception through completion. You will ensure on-time delivery, adherence to budgets, and high quality while coordinating all lifecycle activities.

The role includes managing schedules, budgets, safety compliance, and stakeholder communications to keep projects moving smoothly and within scope. A strong background in commercial construction is required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field, or progressive trade experience.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and budgets.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Experience with heavy concrete, PEMB, or structural steel a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and initiate projects by defining scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate and manage project teams with effective communication.
  • Oversee construction activities to ensure compliance with design specs and safety standards.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful delivery.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects across the Gulf Coast from inception through completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while managing all aspects of the project lifecycle.

  • Experience with heavy concrete, pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB), or structural steel a plus.
