Job summary

Winter Construction is seeking a Project Manager to support our Hospitality projects. This role offers a hybrid work environment and the opportunity to lead ground-up hospitality programs valued at $20mm and above across the southeastern U.S.

You will coordinate scheduling, subcontractor relations, and project financials to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Strong candidates bring experience with commercial construction and a track record of advancing projects through effective leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience managing commercial construction projects with a General Contractor.
• Background in ground-up hospitality projects of $20mm+.
• Willingness to travel throughout the southeastern United States.
• Strong proficiency in project scheduling, subcontractor relations, and project financials.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hospitality project delivery from cradle to handover.
• Coordinate scheduling, subcontractors, and budget tracking.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across sites.
