Job summary

Winter Construction is seeking a Senior Superintendent in the Atlanta area to lead complex commercial projects, coordinating field operations, safety, and schedules with a focus on delivering on time and on budget.

The candidate will have a proven track record on Hotel, Mixed-Use, Industrial or Multifamily (non-wood frame) projects of $100M+, experience supervising Superintendent-level staff, and strong skills in Near-Term Scheduling, safety and subcontractor management.

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial construction projects with a General Contractor.
• Located in the Greater Atlanta area or willing to relocate.
• Lead Superintendent on Hotel, Mixed-Use, Industrial or Multifamily (non-wood frame) projects of $100M+.
• Experience supervising Superintendent-level personnel.
